2026 Rally Volunteer Opportunities:

The 2026 Rally is shaping up to be an exciting event filled with fun activities. To make it a success, we need dedicated volunteers ready to step in and help with key roles. We will have sign up sheets at registration if you would like to help. So, you can plan, we are outlining where we will need volunteers.

Raffle Ticket Sales (This will be in two hour shifts.)

• Thursday from 11 am to 4 pm.

• Friday from 10 am to 4 pm

• Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm

  
  

Lunch Serving

• Thursday from 12 pm to 1:30 pm

Poker Run Stampers (This will be during the Camper Crawl)

• Thursday from 6:15 pm to 8 pm - If you would like to do this you can email us at tbmrv@yahoo.com prior to the rally

Breakfast Serving

• Friday from 8:45 am to 10 am

  
  

Bingo Caller

• Friday starting at 1:30 until 5 games are completed. Would like someone who has previously called Bingo

Disc Golf Coordinator

• Saturday starting at 11 am. This will need to be someone who runs and keeps everyone on track for the tournament. That person can play in the tournament as well. This would need to be filled prior to the event, so please email us if you are interested. tbmrv@yahoo.com
