2026 Grand Design New England Rally

We are looking for:

• FILLED! Thank you Ashley! 2 enthusiastic individuals to take on the exciting responsibility of running the cornhole tournament at this year's rally. This tournament will not only be a highlight of the event but also a fantastic opportunity for participants to engage in friendly competition, showcase their skills, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with this beloved outdoor game. Responsibilities will include setting up the tournament area with the help of our core team, managing registration, coordinating matches, and ensuring that all participants have a great time while adhering to the tournament rules.

• Additionally, we are seeking 1 dedicated person to oversee the disc golf tournament. The selected individual should possess a solid understanding of disc golf rules and gameplay. Responsibilities will include managing player registrations, keeping score, and facilitating a fun and competitive atmosphere for both seasoned players and newcomers alike.

• FILLED! Thank you Mike and Pat! Furthermore, we are looking for 1 to 2 seasoned rally attendees who are willing to host a newbie seminar on Thursday morning from 8 to 9 AM at the rally. This seminar will serve as an invaluable resource for first-time attendees, providing them with essential information about the rally, tips on how to navigate the various activities, and insights into making the most of their experience. The hosts should be approachable, knowledgeable about rallies and events, and skilled in engaging with newcomers to create an inviting and informative environment. This is a wonderful chance to share your passion for the rally and help others feel welcomed and included in the festivities.

We will have numerous other opportunities to volunteer at the rally. Sign-up sheets will be readily available at the registration table. Your involvement not only helps the event but also allows you to connect with fellow volunteers and attendees, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
