How to Prepare for Registration
To register, you will need the following information:
- Your VIN
- Length of your RV
- Model of your RV
- Dates of arrival and departure
- Names of everyone attending with you
Please watch the registration video available under the FAQ section on our website beforehand so that you are well-prepared. https://www.gdnerally.com/faq
Be aware that tickets will time out after 8 minutes if you do not complete the registration process within that time, and you will lose your ticket.
If you are on the registration link before 12 PM EST, you will need to refresh the page. Once the tickets become available, you will see them listed for purchase.
You do not need a promo code. If you only see the promo code box, it means tickets are not yet open, or you need to refresh your page if it is just after 12 PM EST.
Please remember that additional tickets are available at the top of the ticket purchasing process. Once you click on the rally ticket, you will then have the option to purchase any tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable. You may choose to purchase Ticketbud insurance at an additional cost, which will allow you to request a refund for your rally ticket through Ticketbud. This is a separate service they offer. You will still need to reach out to us to let us know you are cancelling.
If the site indicates that tickets are sold out on Saturday, be sure to refresh your page periodically, as sometimes people cancel their tickets, and those spots become available again.
Again, tickets are only held for 8 minutes. So, if you are searching for your VIN and take longer than that, the ticket will be released back into the pool.
If the rally sells out, we will provide a link to the waitlist at that time. Please sign up for the waitlist! We typically manage to fill several spots each year from it. The link will be available on Facebook and our website.
Make sure you subscribe to our website for the most up-to-date information regarding the event. If you haven’t already, please visit the homepage to subscribe. We send out emails with updates and important information. https://www.gdnerally.com/
Once you receive confirmation for your rally ticket, you are all set. You do not need to take any additional action. Lisa from Normandy Farms will reach out to you to book your site within the coming weeks. Please do not call them, as there is only one person who handles booking for the rally events.
If you are arriving early or staying after the rally dates, you may need to move sites for your stay.
Please note that personal golf carts are not permitted; however, you can use your e-bikes and scooters. If you have questions or special transportation needs during the event, please reach out to Jody or Heidi, and we will do our best to assist you.
We have received many inquiries about why the event was moved up this year. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. As many of you know, the FIFA, World Cup is coming to Foxboro. We will provide updates regarding travel to and from the event. Due to the scheduling of the games, you may need to take a different route when leaving.
What Happens After You Register
Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and payment receipt.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event you need to cancel, it is crucial that you do not call Normandy Farms! Please contact Jody or Heidi directly. If you call NF to cancel, you will not receive a site refund, and we risk losing the site for the rally. Don’t be that person! Having a waitlist allows someone else the chance to enjoy the event, so please avoid taking away that opportunity. You can message us on Facebook or email us at tbmrv@yahoo.com
What to Expect at the Rally
