Service Response Team

The Grand Design RV Service Response Team will be onsite at the New England Rally to perform Recalls, Emergencies, and/or Safety concerns only. WagonMasters and Grand Design Customer Service DO NOT accept additional service requests or part orders for Regional Rallies.

If you have warranty concerns or questions, you’re welcome to contact the Grand Design Customer Service team at 574-825-9679. However, warranty work will not be performed at the New England Rally. For parts or general service, please contact your selling or local dealer or a local mobile service provider.
